Serve as the primary contact for general inquiries, membership and member-related membership phone calls and email communication, and member related research.
Manage production and distribution of NCSEA communication vehicles including weekly news briefs (Rapid Read) and bi-monthly newsletter,
Develop and write content for electronic communications, marketing messages and initiatives and other member communications.
Manage NCSEA membership efforts under the direction of the Executive Director including recruitment, retention, and renewals. Track NCSEA membership and provide regular membership reports. Maintain and serve as registrar for Premier Education & Training Program participants; track and manage Premier training benefits for enrolled organizations.
Responsible for creation and maintenance of website content and webpage creation.
Update membership information on a regular basis.
Serve as primary contact for website updates; responsible for troubleshooting all website activities and issues. Responsible for ensuring accuracy and currency of all sections of website.
Manage NCSEA social media accounts
Assist Manager of Professional Development with the Web-Talk program and assist with coordination and administration of Web-Talks as needed.
Serve as primary staff liaison for the Communications Committee and Subcommittees
Serve as primary registrar for all NCSEA events, both virtual and in-person.
Manage NCSEA database including update of contact information, membership categories, and individual member changes (e.g. phone numbers, email addresses, etc.)
Provide NCSEA Committee administrative support to Executive Director as needed. Provide administrative support for Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
Prepare check requests and invoices for review and approval.
Maintain office supplies, oversee inventory, track and arrange for the delivery of materials to/from storage.

1-2 years relevant experience in communications, committee management, and/or nonprofit associations preferred
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Competency with Microsoft Office, Wordpress/website development software, member databases, social
