ABA is currently seeking a Sales Assistant/Account Manager to act as a force multiplier for Regional Directors (RDs). Through research, calling and email campaigns, the Sales Assistant/Account Manager will cull through potential members to tee up the best candidates for recruitment as well as retention. This role will provide support to RDs throughout their sales cycle to provide in-depth analysis and research on potential members and help manage follow up post-visit. Additionally, the Sales Assistant/Account Manager will support RDs in meeting engagement benchmarks among banks in the $3-9.99B asset range.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Direct responsible for bank outreach and calling campaigns to generate sales and retention leads.
Delivering webinars to member banks in follow up to territory specific engagement campaigns.
Assisting RDs with concierge services to banks between $3B and $9.99B in assets.
Responsible for research on potential member banks and bank CEOs including financial and call report analysis.
Providing support for onboarding programs for new members and banks who received, or are coming off, a deal.
Aptitude for cold calling and sales conversation as well as meeting people and building relationships.
College degree required.
Salesforce, or similar CRM, experience is a plus.
Experience with Adobe or WebEx is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is preferred.
